Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using PipelineIQ (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. The Service

PipelineIQ is a B2B sales intelligence tool that helps you define ideal customer profiles, enrich publicly available lead data, and generate outbound messaging. You are responsible for how you use any outputs you generate.

3. Acceptable Use & Compliance

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to the CAN-SPAM Act (United States), CASL (Canada), the GDPR (European Union), the UK GDPR, and any other marketing, privacy, or anti-spam laws applicable to you and your recipients. You agree not to upload lists obtained through scraping, purchase, or other means that violate the source platform’s terms of service.

4. Lead Data You Upload

You represent that any lead data you upload to the Service was obtained from publicly available sources or with the appropriate permissions, and that you have a lawful basis to process it. You remain the controller of any personal data you upload; PipelineIQ acts as a processor on your behalf.

5. Payments, Credits, and Refunds

Pricing and Credits

PipelineIQ is sold as prepaid Prospect Credits. One Prospect Credit permits the scoring of one (1) lead against your Ideal Customer Profile; all generated message sequences for scored leads are included at no additional credit cost. Credit pack pricing is set out on our pricing page and may change for future purchases at our discretion. Changes do not affect credits already purchased.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information, you authorize us and Stripe to charge the amounts shown at checkout to your selected payment method.

Credits Do Not Expire

Prospect Credits you purchase do not expire while your account remains in good standing. This is offered in lieu of refunds: you may use purchased credits over any timeframe that suits your outbound cadence.

No Refunds

All purchases are final. Prospect Credits, once purchased, are non-refundable, including but not limited to: (a) unused credits; (b) credits consumed on leads that produced low fit scores or other results you found unsatisfactory; (c) credits consumed when your underlying lead data was incomplete, inaccurate, or sourced without the rights to use it; or (d) cancellation of your account.

We provide a free trial of ten (10) Prospect Credits with every new account so that you can evaluate PipelineIQ before purchasing.

Discretionary Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis, issue a partial or full refund where we believe doing so is appropriate (for example, a verified service outage that prevented you from using purchased credits, or a duplicate charge). Such refunds are not a right or precedent and may be declined for any reason.

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your card issuer in lieu of contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and deduct any credits associated with the disputed payment from your balance. Please contact support@pipelineiq.online before initiating a dispute so we can try to resolve the issue directly.

EU/UK Right of Withdrawal Waiver

Where required by applicable consumer law (including EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights), you expressly request that we begin performance of the service immediately upon your purchase and you acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once any Prospect Credit from that purchase has been consumed.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including for non-compliant outreach practices.
