1. Data We Collect
We collect two categories of data:
- Account data you provide when signing up: name, email, company, and authentication metadata.
- Lead data you upload via CSV or generate via the Service. You represent that this data was obtained lawfully (see Terms of Service §4). PipelineIQ acts as a processor on your behalf.
2. How We Use Data
Account data is used to operate the Service and bill you. Lead data is used solely to deliver the enrichment, scoring, and messaging features you invoke. We do not sell or share lead data with third parties.
3. Subprocessors
We use the following subprocessors to deliver the Service:
- Supabase (database, authentication)
- Vercel (hosting)
- Stripe (payments)
- Anthropic (AI inference for ICP and messaging)
- Firecrawl (public web content extraction)
- PostHog (product analytics and error tracking)
- Google Analytics (visitor traffic analytics on our public marketing site)
- RB2B (B2B visitor identification on our public marketing site — identifies the company a visitor is browsing from)
Cookie consent: our public marketing site shows a cookie consent banner on first visit. PostHog, Google Analytics, and RB2B do not fire any tracking until the visitor explicitly grants consent. Visitors can revisit their choice at any time via the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer.
4. Compliance & Audit
When you import leads via CSV, we record a timestamped consent attestation including the exact text you agreed to. These records are retained for the lifetime of your account plus seven years for compliance purposes.
5. Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@pipelineiq.online. If you are a data subject of leads you uploaded, please contact the account owner who uploaded your data directly.
