About

Built by a sales operator who got tired of bad leads and wasted outreach.

PipelineIQ exists for a simple reason: most outbound breaks before the first email ever goes out.

The list is off. The fit is weak. The messaging is generic. Reps end up spending time on companies that were never likely to buy in the first place.

PipelineIQ helps fix that. It scores leads against your actual ICP, shows why they do or do not fit, and gives you outreach based on the lead, instead of guesswork.

The story

It started with lead lists that looked good until you actually used them.

I’ve spent years inside B2B sales operations, building outbound systems, managing lead data, and trying to answer the same frustrating question:

Why does the pipeline never look as good in reality as it did in the spreadsheet?

Usually the answer came down to the leads were not as qualified as they seemed.

In theory, they checked enough boxes to make the list. In practice, they were a weak fit, badly timed, or missing the signals that matter when you are trying to start a real sales conversation.

Through my lead generation agency, Leads By Me, I kept running into the same problems across different clients and industries. Lead scoring, personalization and prospect research was either manual, hacked together with multiple tools or expensive. And moving from prospecting to sequencing always felt clunky.

So I built the tool I wanted to have.

PipelineIQ helps sales teams focus on the right accounts first. It scores every lead against your ICP, explains the reasoning, and turns that into outreach that feels relevant and human.

The goal is not to send more messages.

The goal is to send better ones to better-fit companies.

Mission

Pure pipeline signal. Less noise. Better decisions.

We believe good outbound starts with specificity.

You should know who is worth contacting, why they are a fit, and what makes the outreach relevant before anything gets sent.

PipelineIQ is built for teams that care more about quality pipeline than inflated activity numbers.

Every feature has to clear the same bar:

Does this help a seller spend less time on leads that will never close?
