A running log of everything we ship. No marketing fluff, just what changed and when.

Generate messages for alternate contacts · On a campaign grouped by account, the Generate messages step now has an "Also generate for alternate contacts" checkbox. Leave it off and behaviour is unchanged: only the primary contact at each account gets a sequence. Tick it and the qualified contacts who lost the pick are included in the run too, for when you do want to reach a second person at a company, without demoting the primary. Suppressed contacts (low fit or never scored) stay skipped. First-time generation is free as always; regenerating an alternate that already has messages costs the usual 1 credit, and the confirmation counts it.
Filter the workspace export before downloading · The dashboard export button now opens an Export leads page with five optional filters: company, lead upload date, fit tier, sequence status, and primary contacts only. It counts matching leads as you change them, so you know the size before you download. Everything defaults to "all", so the previous one-click export is still one click away. Large workspaces were the reason: an unfiltered export of many thousands of leads could not complete at all, and narrowing it by company or date keeps it well inside what a single file can carry.
Export every scored lead in one CSV · The dashboard now has an "Export all scored leads" button that combines every scored lead from every campaign into a single file, instead of downloading each campaign and merging by hand. Campaign, Company and ICP columns are added so rows stay attributable, and low-fit leads are included with their exclusion reason. It carries scoring columns only: sequence steps differ per ICP, so message columns would be mostly empty in a combined file. The per-campaign download is still where you get the generated copy. Free, like every export.

Re-score a campaign after editing your ICP · Changed your criteria after scoring? Press Re-score on the campaign and every scored lead is rated again against the current ICP, free. Leads that already have messages keep them and drop back to "scored" until you regenerate, and account grouping is cleared because those picks were made against the old numbers. There is a daily fair-use ceiling sized to the campaign, roughly two full passes a day.
Emails signed with your name · A "Your name" field on the company profile is what email steps sign off with. Left blank, emails close with the closing word alone. They are never signed with your company name, which reads automated on a one-to-one email.
Cleaner scoring text, and an export that stays current · Fit summaries, category reasoning, pain points and solution angles now follow the same plain-punctuation rule the messages do. The CSV export also reads Pain Point and Solution Fit from the latest scoring rather than a copy taken when messages were generated, so a free re-score refreshes the spreadsheet as well as the lead card and the report.
Fixed: messages exporting blank for some leads · A step name written back with its label attached could blank every message column for that lead while the copy sat intact in your account. Names are now normalized on both sides, so affected leads export correctly with no regeneration and no credits spent.
Sequences in your voice · Teach PipelineIQ how you write and every sequence sounds like you instead of a template. Paste or upload a transcript of yourself talking, or answer five short questions, and we build a short voice profile you can edit: your tone, your rhythm, the words you use and the ones you would never use. It shapes how messages are written, never what they claim. Free, and optional.
LinkedIn or email · Choose the channel your sequence is written for, and override it on any single step if you want to connect on LinkedIn and follow up by email. Email steps come with a subject line, short paragraphs and a sign-off, and each one gets its own subject column in the CSV export. Existing sequences stay on LinkedIn, which is what they already were.
Search your scored leads · Find one person in a list of thousands. Search by name, company, job title, industry or email, alongside the tier, status and score filters you already had.
One contact per account · Lists usually carry several people at the same company. After scoring, group your contacts by account and PipelineIQ picks the one worth approaching, explains why, and marks the rest as alternates or suppressed. Message generation skips the held-back contacts, so you approach each company once instead of once per row. Free, since it reuses scores you already paid for, and you can promote a different contact any time.
ICP drafted for you · Start a new ICP and PipelineIQ fills in a first draft from your company profile, so you are editing something rather than facing a blank form.
Delete a company · Remove a company and everything under it. Type the name to confirm, so it cannot happen by accident.
